In the name of God Amen I Charles Mansell of the town of Kidwelly in the County of Carmarthen Alderman being sick but of perfect mind and understanding and considering the uncertainty of this life and certainty of death do make and ordain this my present last will and testament in manner and form following hoping and firmly trusting through the merits of my Blessed redeemer to receive free pardon and forgivness of all my sins, and my body to be buried with such .......... and ceremony as my Executors hereafter named shall think fit & as to what worldly goods God has been pleased to bestow upon me I give and bequeath the same in manner and form following; Imprimis I give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Margaret the daughter of William David Griffith the sum of four pounds of lawful money of England I also give and bequeath unto my grandaughter Ann Mansell daughter to my son David Mansell the like sum of four pounds of lawful British money of England. Item I give and bequeath unto my daughter Ann the wife of William David Griffith the sum of one shilling I likewise give to my son David Mansell the like sum of one shilling all the above four mentioned legacies I order and direct to be paid by my Executors hereafter named within the space of four years after my decease. If it happen that the above named persons shall so long live or in case they shall not live so long I order that the aforesaid mentioned legacies is to fall between my Executors hereafter named and I do hereby order direct and appoint my said Executors to deliver the said several legacies to the respective persons above mentioned as I have bequeathed and given in such time after my decease. All the rest of my goods and chattles movable and immovable of what kind or nature soever I give and bequeath to my sons John Mansell, Henry Mansell, Walter Mansell and my daughter Margaret Mansell and I do hereby constitute name and appoint them to be joint Executors of this my present last will and testament. In witness thereof I have to this my will and testament set my hand and seal the Sixteenth Day of February in the third year of the Reign of our sovereign Lord George the second by the grace of God of Great Britain France and Ireland King Defender of the faith Anno Dmi 1729.
Signed sealed & delivered by the Testatrix in the presence of us who have also in the presence and at the request of the said Testatrix set & scribed our names as Witnesses hereafter reading and publishing the same to the Testatrix.

Eugene Carlton Shadwell, second son of Harry and Belva (Poe) Shadwellwas born on 15th December 1922, Gene is survived and missed by Richard Eugene, James Edward (by his first wife JEan), a daughter Dorothy Jo was born to Gene and Donna, his second wife.he also has 4 step children, Terry, Jackie, Nancy and Linda, Brothers Kenneth of Eldorado, Illinois, Darell of Effingham, Illinois, Two sisters, josephine Glascockof Eldorado, illinois, and dorothy wheatley of salida, colorado, alsosurviving are nieces, nephews and friends, gene was a world war ii veteran in the army, he served in the european theater going to England the day ofter D-day and remained there until the end of the war. he was awarded the bronze star.gene passed away at saint mary corwin hospital in pueblo, colorado and his cremains are interred at the lakeside cemetery in canon city, in the veterans section.gene was predeceasede in death by his parents, a sister ruthie may who died as an infant in january 1928 of pneumonia, a memorial service was held for gene in Florence Colorado at Nazarene Church on 1st november 1990gene was a well liked business man in florence coloradohis hobby was wood working and he made many beautiful clocks, the most treasured are the grandfather clock, other clocks that were made and given to family and friends have a special place in all homes.the above taken from www.findagrave.com and was put on there by gene's sister Dorothy J Wheatley (think she has marriedd again and her husband surname is raper)This is Aunt Dot. He was born January 19, 1890, and died October 3, 1959. GrandmaBelva, and he were married May 24, 1919. Grandma Belva Almeda Poe, Shadwell was born January 11, 1899, and died December 17, 1953.
