Later in the discharge papers are earlier medical documents that state that illness of Rhumatism & cram was caused by in* is shell holes March 1918
and hospitals given are No 1 CCS & No. 10 Con Camp.
Also othe medical shows diagnosis of Rheumatism
with a present condition of:
Heart & Lungs show no notable physical signs of lision. Left knee somewhat stiff and slight * on movement.
