He died of cerebrqal softening age 76.
Informant was Francis Galloway, son, in attendance 13 Canning St Worsborough Common.

Inquest held 11 December 1875 found the cause to be an explosion of firedamp, ignition caused by shot firing Mother Ann gave evidence at the Public Inquiry on 14 December 1875
