death certificate shows: 9:30 am at 57 (difficult to read. guessing at Laighmuir) Street, Tannochside at 31 years. Coal miner married to Mary Miller. Father William Frater coal miner & Sarah Frater (nee McBroom) deceased. Registered by ? (illegible name) of 26 George Street and what looks like Ayr. She was his sister in law. Registration was 30 January 1903 at Uddington.

William is son of William Frater (coal miner) and Sarag Frater (nee Brown - this should be McBroom). Jane is daughter of Adam Stewart (coal miner) and Elizabeth Stewart (nee Kinnon). Minister was James Gardiner and witnesses were John Frater and Mary Stewart. Registration was on 27 October 1894 at Bothwell.
